How many appointments will it take to help me?

Every person's nervous system reacts differently to trauma, so it is difficult to predict. I have had a few situations where one appointment is sufficient. One client, a skier was unable to sleep and extremely agitated from almost being hit by another skier.  We resolved his trauma and symptoms in one appointment. On the other hand, a sexually traumatized elderly woman suffering from shaking and compulsively showering was able to rid herself of all trauma symptoms returning to normal after 13 months.

 

Are online appointments available?

Yes. Many people prefer to use FaceTime or Skype for example.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, I accept most forms of payment.

Do you accept insurance?

No. However, if you have a Health Savings Plan you can use that. Otherwise,

check with your insurance carrier to see if they might reimburse you.

Do you offer a sliding scale and how much does an appointment cost?

Appointments are 50 minutes and cost $150 to $200 depending on your financial situation.
